I have a Snapmaker original. The laser does not work. I can not get it fixed. The upgrade 1.6 watt laser does not exist so I can not purchase that. I would not recommend buying a product that can not be maintained with replacement parts or upgrades. These were all promised by Snapmaker but did not last long. I now sit with a expensive machine I can not use.
